The Issue Bin is where problems that the class has run into will be posted, and possible solutions offered. We hope to inspire other classes and future classes with our own obstacles and the solutions we have come up with because of them.

| Delta's: Where do you see room for improvement/suggestions for change? | - better ice breakers. some are boring
- weekly goals and reflections. not enough people take them serious
- allow students to bond and share feelings
- we should not have to worry about portfolios. we should be graded on how we do on the website.
- Mrs. Brown should not have to push us more of us need to do things on our own
- less of Mrs. Brown more of us as a team
- perhaps there is a way to integrate the lessons we learn about values etc into the committees so that there is ONE class, not time for committees and time for learning
- some kids don't listen to each other, tune out
- different questions and reflections
- encourage peer to peer interacton more with 4th period

1. How will we make decisions?
We want everyone to work on something they feel passionate about. Small groups are optimal for this, letting the class break into different sections to complete what they feel needs to be completed. To further that, there should be no maximum amount of students allowed to work on a certain project. Students should not be forced to work on something they don't want to work on, but volunteers can be asked to work on certain projects that do not have enough people already working on them.
2. How will we keep track of our journey?
This website is essential to keeping track of what this class has accomplished. I also suggest that several students, or maybe just a few representatives from the class, take part in a blog (to be linked to from this website) where we keep track of what we are doing. Students from each 180 class at Southeast should contribute to this blog. Also, students may consider keeping a journal, or portfolios to keep track of their progress outside of the website/blog.
3. How will we communicate with other 180 classes?
For now, since there are only two classes, communication is easier than it will be in the future. The two classes can easily keep track of each other through this website and through the teachers of each class. When we have more classes though, this website will be even more essential than it already is. A certain page to log what each class is doing will provide an overview of what needs to be done and what is already happening. And as always, teacher communication is nearly as essential as this website.
