"What I've found in my time as a leader (wow, that makes me sound old) is that clubs that have objectives and a clear purpose are more likely to succeed than clubs that are disorganized. If we are to have a 180 club, it would need a clear cut purpose that tells exactly how the club would 'keep 180 members involved', so there is no confusion, and it is clear to all 180 graduates what they will be doing. Also, if the founding members were to establish clear-cut objectives that explain what the 180 club will be achieving, it will enable them to have 'somewhere' to start. Basically, what I'm saying is that the club needs a starting point, and needs to know what they want to do."
